Former Lasagne Lovers Meet Here!!!

PINK FLOYD:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2
I've been working on Have a cigar on the keyboards and drums. Great song..

:rotfl2: BAND, dork. Not show. (Hope you don't mind me calling you dork...it's a term of endearment in my house, honestly :flower3:)

And my take on that one is NEITHER. I hate Beatles, in all forms. I know that's sacreligious, particularly for a person born in the 60s, but...there you have it. My shameful, secret cultural failing. :rotfl2:

And I'll go against the flow and say Eagles, too.

Pink Floyd or Yes?

WHAT?!?! They're my all time favorite band. I don't know, Michelle.:sad2: How can I associate with someone who might not love all things that I do??:confused3:rotfl:

Was reading Dolce's TR and I just wanted to give a big:thumbsup2. I am so proud that young women today are moving past that Stepford wife mentality that your life-events are defined by the "participants" and not YOU! I really feel sorry for women who cannot define themselves without a partner or children to justify the experience. Anyway, that is a wonderful report, D!

i haven't had a chance to read the update, but i sure have been enjoying all our friends' trip reports.

i enjoy traveling with my friends, but there is so much to be said for experiencing certain things on one's own. my solo trip to wdw was so relaxing and enjoyable, and it opens the door to constantly meet new people. was a wonderful trip.

Again, I have to go against either of those two and pick Rush. My favorite band of all time.

I'm a rebel that way! :smokin:

No, you just put a picture of your DD in your siggie AND your avatar! :lmao: She is a real cutie, BTW!

i still haven't had a chance to see the pixie hollow attractions at either of the parks yet. that photo must have been taken pretty soon after it opened...very neat.

My favorite musical person(s) is Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer band!!

Just throwing that out there...

Anyone know how long the procedure is? Honu's surgery was supposed to be 8'ish.

Honu's one brave girl. She has an amazing attitude.

i'll say.

i have been watching the clock and wondering, too, how she is. i know sometimes things get started a little late and then you don't hear anything until they are out of recovery....tsk. waiting is difficult sometimes.

I don't think that name is allowed on here anymore.

No wait wait. WHO is your favorite band? Three Dog Night? Cuz otherwise we're in agreement. I was going against the flow by voting FOR the Eagles. ;)

I did love Rush too. Went to see them at the Tacoma Dome in the early 80s (terrible sound quality back then :sad2: got a lot better after the crappy sound tiles started falling down on people and they had to replace them with better ones)...but I don't really wanna talk about that concert. :sad2:

Yes and No.

So are you saying yes I offended you by calling you a dork? :confused3:rotfl2:

k. i LOVE jimmy! even in the car, i must have shark fins on my head (which means driving with my knees) when the proper song comes on.

and if still had carniverous habits, i'd like mine with lettuce and tomato, heinz 57 an french fried potato, big kosher pickle and cold (diet pepsi, actually), well good (probably can't say the name on this thread) almighty which way to i steer, for mah....

And, in fact, Wonder - both you and Dolce inspired me to take my own solo trip in April - I was able to go with a fabulous group of friends in January and now I'm ready to take WDW on by myself. It'll be great to get a different perspective....gotta love that AP upgrade.

Endora, Samantha and Marianne all the way...

but what's up with all that band stuff? In M-town, there's only one name that matters:

:love::love:

note the sideburns - lovin' them...would you call them 'hamheads'? 'Pork chops' - whatever you name them,:love::love:

No. Yes to Pink Floyd and No to Yes.

I think. That was confusing.

Yeah it was. I wasn't even sure what I was questioning you about, exactly, just knew that I didn't understand your answer. :rotfl2:

Musta been too much LDS back in the 60s. :hippie: (Star Trek reference :rolleyes1) Probably on my part. You're too young. Oh wait, so am I. I wasn't even born until the end of the 60s.

So you don't like YES??? That was hands down the best concert I ever saw. Wasn't even really "my kind" of music at the time, but it was a great show. Floyd isn't really my thing either, but it is my husband's favorite. I was listening to entirely other kinds of music in the late 70s and early 80s.
