Can I book the dining plan for 2007???

Packages for 2007 have not been announced yet, so you cannot book the dining plan right now. But I see no reason why Disney would not continue to offer the dining plan as an addon to packages next year. Once package rates are released (late July to early August?), you'll be able to book one with dining. Right now, all you can book is a room-only ressie.
