My wife and I love the 1 bedroom. For the extra points (off season), the added room along with the whirlpool tub, full kitchen, etc. are great for our 10-14 day stays. Also, if our son decides to visit, the sofa in the living room is a bonus.
hey - I preferred the studios at OKW - not only to save points - but the 2 beds - I can't sleep with anybody - and I get very, very tired of taking out the sleeper sofa at all the other places....
when I am solo - doesn't matter as much.
the laundry rooms at OKW are at the pool - so that is not a problem for me.
I think you all should start using the studios and save your points for more trips in studios. The reason why --- so you won't be filling up the one bedrooms that I must have. My fear is everyone will become spoiled like me and have to have the one bedrooms and no one will take the studios and that is what I will be stuck with. Anyone else with this fear?
Dh and I can do both. Our "rule" is longer stays then it is a 1-bdrm, shorter stays it is a studio. I'm not too picky, as long as I'm at WDW !!!!
We do enjoy the jacuzzi and the w/d does come in handy. Laundry is the one chore I don't mind doing. We enjoy having a few home cooked meals, esp on longer trips, so the full kitchen is a plus for us.
It is nice to be able to have choices. That way you can get what you need for each trip.
