For those who switched dates/resorts for FD..

I haven't got one yet, but it does show up when I look at the Disney site.
 

Weird.. never got the email, but it shows up on the site. I guess as long as it shows up there then all is good.
 
Never got an email after calling and making changes. It does show up on the website though so I'm not concerned.
 
i booked on line over the weekend on my laptop, so i assumed i would get the confirmation email after booking, and forgot to write down the ressie #... I have not gotten the email yet, and when i log in, it is not there, so now i have no idea what happened???:confused3

should i wait a few day more
 
I'd call to be sure it is showing on the Disney pc system. Just to be sure. And then ask for another email to be generated.
 
OK, how's this for weird???? I switched dates (7 days ago) to get FD, and did NOT get a confirmation email, but I checked online and everything was correct & changed to the new dates. So I thought all was good. THEN, today I received 2 emails (I guess because we have 2 rooms reserved???) with the same confirmation/reservation number, my name, correct dates, BUT ALL THE WRONG NAMES AND PARTS OF THE RESSIE WERE WRONG (preferred rooms missing, another building requested, etc.)!!! :confused3

I checked online again, and everything seemed correct, but WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON??? I sent an email to the Disney Travel Co., but just curious if anyone else has had this happen? Such a pain....:headache:
 
That is weird that the info was wrong! I hope you hear back from them soon!
I too got two emails yesterday about my date switch , about 15minutes apart. But all the info in correct. It doesnt show anything about the room. Just has our names and free dine on it.
I feel so much better getting it lol.

I made some changes for some clients of mine (I am a TA). I received the correct emails within a few hours. Today, I just noticed that Disney has posted a message on our TA site that says they are correcting a great number of emails from August 3. They state that these emails are correct, except for the names. They are working on correcting/resending those emails. Hopefully all will be taken care of soon.:goodvibes
 
Last night I finally got my email, I actually got 2. It only took 5 days to get here :laughing:

We switched dates by about 4 months. I didn't get my confirmation email for 2 days. Now I have since received 4 in about a 24 hour time span!:rotfl:
