The weather for the next 5 days looks similar to this week. Have you needed jackets or pants???
Alicia Highs 87, lows 69.

A friend who just returned on Sunday said she just used a sweatshirt the entire trip (morning's and night's). Not even a drop of rain until they were leaving for the airport!

That's funny; for that I wouldn't even bother wearing a jacket; but I work outside, so it has to get down in the high fifties before I will even put one on.

I take a lightweight sweater, that dresses up my evening outfit a bit.....but during the day, I wouldn't even worry about it. Remember, if you are coming from somewhere that is colder up north, the temps will actually feel a bit warmer.

Between now and Sunday, it is going to be hot, hot, hot. And humid. We are having at or near-record temps. right now. Pack your bathing suit, because it feels like the middle of the summer. Toward the beginning of next week, it will cool back slightly. Might want to pack a light jacket or hoodie, and you very well may not even need that.

We are coming over from the Gulf Coast (of Florida) for MNSSHP on Saturday night, and are planning on spending the day on Saturday by the pool to cool off.

Unseasonably warm today and through Sun. Beginning of next week looks more like fall.

Just arrived back last night, it was just as hot this week as it was in May.

We were just there on Sunday 10/26 and the heat nearly wiped me out... and I LIVE in Florida.

Of course, the wine at the F&W festival might have had somethuing to do with it :goodvibes.

It is HOT here . . . on Sunday night when we got here it was in the 60's and only slightly cool but otherwise it has been just as hot as late September . . .

whoooooooo hooo......... we arrive Saturday and cant wait to get out of this freezing temperatures we've had this last month.........we'll be basking in the sun at those temperatures...........(but thats us coming from Western Canada)

This morning's news showed record-breaking highs this week (90+). I just got back (Oct. 8-19) and the first week, 92 to 97 each day, high humidity. I wore sleeveless tops, light shorts, and sandals every day, and didn't even need the sweater I put in my backpack when indoors in air conditioning.

But be warned: at the end of my trip, we had record-breaking low temps! I think on Sunday that weekend, it didn't even break 60 degrees (it was really breezy, too, so it felt even colder)! I sure didn't pack the right clothes for those kind of temps - I had one pair of long pants, which werne't very warm. What I wouldn't have given for just one pair of long socks and a warmer jacket (and some gloves!)! I simply wasn't willing to spend more than $50 on a WDW sweatshirt or jacket to try to keep warm for one day, so I bought some socks at the Japan pavilion at Epcot and froze my tushie off for that one day. The next day, it started to warm up again.

So the moral to my story is, bring a variety of clothing items (at least one or two warm things even if the forecast shows really warm weather) just in case. You'll be so glad you did!

We were there from 10/16 to 10/25. When we arrived on 10/16 it was warm. Then from 10/17 to 10/19 it was downright cold! 50's. The pools were empty. I had to buy a sweatshirt, jeans and socks at Orlando Premium, we had a car. MK was cold and windy for MNSSHP. Then around 10/20 it started to warm-up. It can happen again.

Florida gal here, rediculous humidity today, cool in the morning, warmed up about 10 AM. was over 90 here today most of the day with no let ups! Night time is perfect weather, however.

We're here now, and it's very hot and humid, I think it got up to 90 yesterday. I just stepped outside (at 6:15 am) and thought it was warm and humid- it's already in the 70's. I think the high today is 86, so none of us are bringing sweatshirts or jackets out with us today.

Bring at least a little warm stuff. I was at WDW October 8-20, and the first several days were 90+ each day, high humidity. Wore sleeveless tops, lightweight shorts and sandals, and didn't even need the sweater I had in my backpack when indoors.

Then, over the course of three days, temps dropped more than 30 degrees! I only had one pair of long sweatpants, no warm socks, and one lightweight jacket. It was so windy at Epcot, I was so cold! What I wouldn't have given for a warm jacket, long socks, etc.! Wouldn't have taken up much room in my luggage, but I didn't even think about it! Wasn't willing to pay more than $50 for a WDW sweatshirt or jacket, and simply couldn't find long socks to buy anywhere! (I did end up finding a pair of mid-calf socks at Japan pavilion, which helped some, but I was cold!!) I wish I'd had gloves!!

So my advice - bring at least one pair of long pants, long socks, and a warm jacket for everyone. You never know what the weather will be like!

Just got back. We were there 10/22 to 10/30. No need for jackets, long pants, etc. They were having record high temperatures. It was in the high 80's to high 90's every day and still warm when the sun went down. Most days you had to get back to the hotel in the afternoon to take a break from the heat and the sun. It can really wipe you out.

I am a Florida resident who is usually cold when it hits 76 and I was at EPCOT till closing last night wearing jeans ( always wear them year round at night when not at home-unless it is in the 90s) and a sleeveless top and sandals and was comfortable. Think SUMMER without the rain until they start reporting really cold weather up North that they predict will swing far enough South.
