I have a 75 yr old scaredy-cat mom who will be with me on my trip at the end of August. Is this something she can ride without screaming and panicking, or should I not have her ride it? She's never been a true coaster fan, but I figured if they made it so smaller children can go on it, it should be ok for her. What are your thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

I don't see any reason your mom can't enjoy 7DMT. It's very mild and smooth, and the animatronics will probably be really enjoyable to her. There really is nothing to be scared of here.

I'm taking my 77 year old mom on it August 4, however she has gotten to be quite a daredevil since she hit 70 :rotfl2:

Parasailing two years ago, jet skiing a few years back... can't wait to see what she comes up with this year

It is VERY mild and a nice ride. She should be fine. :thumbsup2

Requesting to sit in the front car will help ease any fear issues, at least it did for us. You can literally feel the brakes as you go down the couple small drops, but I think the cars in the back seem faster since the rest of the train is already down the drops.

Thank you everyone for your answers! It sounds like she'll be ok, and might actually enjoy it.

Bucky, I am laughing at your post! I love that your mom has become a daredevil! I wish mine would, but some days I think she's afraid of her own shadow....LOL!:rotfl2:
