I have found that
DVC's idea of a "spatula" is different than mine. I use a FLAT one to turn such things as pancakes or burgers. Their idea is like a slightly curved slotted spoon. It's next to impossible to turn pancakes in a skillet with it. So I have a REAL spatula in my box.
Also, people must be pretty hard on the can openers because whenever I get to them, they are pretty dull. I'm pretty attached to my easy, cut on the outside of the lid (so the lid doesn't fall into the can and my food) Pampered Chef can opener. So I splurged to put one of those in my box, too.
