And, ditto what Dayna said. I was a bit apprehensive before DIS-CON about meeting everyone. What if they didn't like me? What if I'm left out? What if I'm not having a good time? etc. Well, NONE of that happened! It was so wonderful. From the time we met for the first time until I left to go home, I had a blast!! And, I, too, feel like I've truly made some lifelong friends! (But why do they have to be so darned far away?!?!)

I just saw your pictures from DIS Con, now I really want to go, they look great!

The restaurant is doing great, we're a big hit (as so to say...), working day and night, but it's a lot of fun! We're still waiting for the money to come out though...

Barb, I just finished my 1st trip report with pictures with you hosting the famous green glove WL Whispering Cafe DIS unofficial mini-meet and Patinmn's and Marsha's and glo's holiday tour.

I can't wait!!!

O.K., I've got my four crossed fingers, and I'm crossing my thumbs, too. If that counts. This is difficult...I've got four crossed toes...but they keep uncrossing...I've crossed my legs and arms.

O.K., I've got eleven crossed...oops...two of my toes came uncrossed.

This is hard...but it's worth it to see all you wonderful DISer's...hahaha!

I havent been on the DIS Con board lately, cause it's too hard! I dont know if we'll be able to make our Nov/Dec trip now! we might have to go during Christmas week instead! this is because of my job, or my lack of a job! LOL!! I am probably getting a job in a school this sept, which will mean no DIS CON for me!!!

It's too hard to hang around all the excitement until I know if I can o or not!
