45 min walk from work

When I signed up for this I did not take into account those shifts that I walk to and from work. I just wanted to pick a number that I thought was doable and that I wouldn't get overwhelmed by. 20 min a day I thought was a great start. And I'm happy to say that even taking away these 45 min walks, I'd still be ahead of my monthly goal by 2 days at the moment. Really proud of myself for that. Looks like I'll have to increase my goal for next month.
