For the Love of Fitness... And Disney! - February Exercise Challenge

45 minutes on the treadmill today. Nearly jumped off it around the 20-minute mark due to a new pain I was having in my right leg. I decided to just take my speed down a notch or two to alleviate some of the stress on it, which helped tremendously, and I was able to complete my 45 minutes. Hoping that whatever was causing the pain manages to resolve itself before my next workout on Tuesday!

Sunday........60 minute walk with hubby at the beach!
Monday.....30 minutes stationary bike
