85 minutes today ... treadmill run this morning, and then knee exercises & stretches at night because my knee was hurting me (it still hurts, but the exercises/stretches helped)
I've not posted since Monday but I have been exercising!!
Tuesday 30 minutes stationary bike
Wednesday 60 minutes walking with a friend
Thursday 30 minutes stationary bike
Friday 30 minutes stationary bike
Also 45 min walk home from work (I do this only when I have no public transportation, weather permitting of course). Not sure if I should add it to my total as I would have done it anyway.

15 minutes for me today - a short video and an even shorter walk. (My crazy cat would not stop meowing until I took her out in the 21 degree sunshine.)
