These are banked 2023 points, so they have to be used by 11-30-2025. They cannot be transferred, only rented. They can be used at the original 14 resorts, subject to home resort advantage and availability rules. They cannot be used at Riviera, Disneyland Hotel, or the Fort Wilderness Cabins. You'll pay for the exact number of points you use. I'm primarily interested in renting most, if not all of these points, to one person. If you need a few extra points to make up your reservation, I have additional points at $20 per point.
To the uninitiated, these Bay Lake Tower points can be used to book Bay Lake Tower stays during the home resort advantage period of 7-11 months before the reservation, or any of the following resorts at 7 months or less from the reservation date: Bay Lake Tower, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Boulder Ridge, Copper Creek, Animal Kingdom, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, Aulani, Vero Beach, Hilton Head, and Grand Californian, subject to availability.
My contract is flexible in terms of cancellation. While I don't offer refunds, I will try to get you re-booked into different dates if something comes up. Note that these points expire on November 30, 2025, so you can't have a stay that starts or ends after that date. Payment is by Paypal friends and family only.
