For Real this Time

I am sure I am not the only who has started and stopped obsessed and backtracked. Summer is a great time to try and pick back up and here it is almost August and I haven't started...

Until today!

Swimming: 6 laps, 50 leg kicks and 10 water sit-ups. It may not seem like a lot, but it's a start.

I am 6 months out from my next Disney Cruise and would like to lose 38 lbs, so it is time to get serious.

Hoping posting here will provide accountability and support.
