I am sure I am not the only who has started and stopped obsessed and backtracked. Summer is a great time to try and pick back up and here it is almost August and I haven't started...

Until today!

Swimming: 6 laps, 50 leg kicks and 10 water sit-ups. It may not seem like a lot, but it's a start.

I am 6 months out from my next Disney Cruise and would like to lose 38 lbs, so it is time to get serious.

Hoping posting here will provide accountability and support.
 
Thanks for checking in! I was down 20 lbs before Thanksgiving. I put 5 back on and have been so busy at work that my jogging schedule has suffered. Time to get back on track!
