Yep, first house for me to flip...my buddy has done 8 of them with another guy, least he has made was 12K. (thats 12k each guy).....we found a great one to flip.....we should clear 20k each........this one needs a kitchen, paint and carpet.......everything else is good.....the lady who owned it owed $121,000 on it before losing it to the bank....we paid $32k for it.......it should sell for $90k easy to see how these banks have gone under.........

Kids wont care too much if we go to Disney without them, they will grumble a bit.....mostly about the free dining...!!! We went last Sep. 08 without them!! LOVED IT!!!

Airfare is cheap right now, we can fly Detroit to MCO for $139 R/T nonstop.......every day of week in July & Aug.

okay so the surgeon didn't want to do a biopsy on my mom b/c her lymph nodes were apparently not big ENOUGH.

He wants to see her in a month to see if they change in size up or down. Then he'll decide.

This AM I saw the "so you just won American Idol, what are you going to do next?" commercial. Cute!

I've heard of that commercial but I still haven't seen it. Does he say he's going to WDW?? And if so I SO will be on the lookout for him!

well you remember I emailed you saying I got stuck on the road in between a house being moved and some 18 wheeler thing carrying some equipment. That was just nuts. Then my sushi roll tasted like crap after being in the car for over a half hour!

Then we had problems at work (with one of our trading sites) so it delayed our process.

And Mike called me when he went home for a late lunch--he said Merlin (for everyone who doesn't know, that's my little chihuahua/jack russel terrier mix) got into the trashcan in my bathroom, and guess what time of month it is?? Luckily I use ____ and not ____ so it was only the _____ in the trash. (sensoring for UJ & Mustard... if you don't get it PM me. haha)

Then if that wasn't enough he also got into my plant (from valentine's day--of which Chance, the great dane, already broke the nice pot it was in!) and had dirt all over the place in the living room.

Then around 3:30 I went to the gas station with my coworker to buy some lottery tix (to try to change my luck..LOL) and my coworker was driving---well an 18 wheeler came REALLY close to hitting us, he started to come out of a side road as if he didn't even see us!!

I just figured yesterday I was bad luck! (oh and I lost on the scratchoff and the powerball I bought)

I forgot to check and see if it was a full moon

Did the 18 wheeler have one of those "how am I driving" #'s on the back of his rig? If they do and they are driving recklessly I always call and rat them out. Most of them are so careless!

umm...I dunno. We didn't get to see the rear of the truck. Thankfully, cuz if we did we'd have been smashed into it. If he hadn't all of a sudden realized when he was halfway out, we'd have collided!

And just to clarify...lugubrious means I was NOT happy with the winner last night...I enjoyed the show .... I loved Adam singing with KISS (and I'm not a KISS fan but that was just so cool for him).

I was really disappointed...I think Kris is good but I sooooo like Adam better for his interpretations and upbeat personality.

Kris sort of reminds me of Pooh. AHA!!! That's why I don't like him...

yeah but even that doesn't work sometimes...

I was sitting at a red light the other day as cars were crossing to get on the interstate, there was a cop to my left on the median (it was college graduation day & they were monitoring traffic I guess) and then the light turned green...TWO CARS crossed my path to get on the interstate. It was an OBVIOUS red light for them. I looked at the cop & threw my hands up in the air, and was like "what the heck??!" If I hadn't hesitated, I would have been hit!
And the cop did NOTHING!

GEEZ!! It's cops like that that give that profession a bad reuptation. That really grinds my gears! (anyone remember that from Family Guy? )

Excellent point! I already told DH that when his album comes out I want to get it. I don't normally buy CDs...in fact the only ones I bought are from Disney Theme Parks like the Candlelight Processional or Songs from the Rides.

There were two groups I wanted Adam to cover, one was Queen and the other was Journey. I understand why the Idols stay away from Journey, Randy is never kind to anyone that does Steve Perry.
