Everywhere we go there are motorcycles! The road that leads into the main park where all of this is happening also leads into the back of my neighborhood... which is where we happen to live.

There is a constant hum of revving engines. I was worried it would irritate me but it doesn't. It drowns out the DOG across the street!

Is this some type of rally or is it something that happens often? Hopefully it's a once a year type thing.

So did you ever call animal control on those dogs?

I'd be really thrown off if Mike said "eww" to a picture of beautiful women. I'd much prefer that he likes it than not. I don't want him to turn on me! That's sweet of Scotty to pretend though....

It happens twice a year actually. Once in the spring and then in the fall. From what I hear the spring one is a LOT bigger and attracts a LOT more bikes. They have poker runs and such. We aren't biker people but we enjoyed looking at all of the cool bikes that were tooling around everywhere.

I haven't called animal control yet. I need to do that. If not for my sanity, for the safety of the poor dog. It is too hot to be outside all day!

If you wanted, you could call the company up and ask for a refund. I bet their fine print allows for this??

It might be worth it if you have a lot of issues left on your account...

Yeah, I know, but I swear EVERYTHING takes so much longer with kids -- as you all know. I used to just pack the night before...then with Rachel I'd pack 3 days before...now with Elizabeth I think I need to start a week before...somehow I was thinking oh, it's September, so we have 2 more months! Silly me!

I'm going to Mommy Boot Camp today!! I went one day last week and was soooooo sore afterwards but it felt good knowing that I am pushing myself. I found a friend to do it with me. She also has a 4yo and a 6mo.

Well, my partner just said she isn't going to join the Mommy Boot Camp..she's just doing the 3 free days...I'm bummed b/c I really enjoyed going with her. I think I will still go. This is the same club I joined when Rachel was born but they called it StrollerFit...so I know all the teachers and some of the other women.

My goal is to go regularly once a week -- no excuses. Then maybe by January I can boost that up to 2x week. I still do volleyball once a week, too, but MBC is more tough.

It's pretty good. We warm up, run, do cardio, do weights, do core work and then stretch into the cool down. One day a week they add kick-boxing (OMG that is tiring!!)

What's really funny is that the 2 teachers are like 8 months pregnant and they are in such good shape. They're running and doing all the jumping and such and I'm exhausted just doing the modified steps...
