Wow that is some rain. No rain for us. Has been overcast and threatening but no rain. We need it!

Sorry you didn't get any of this rain, it was really a good soaker, we still have water in the drainage ditches and that lot next to us still looks like a pond tonight!

actually we didn't get too much. Not even enough for the ground to get soppy. Most of the time that it has rained (3 times in the past week) it's been for about an hour or less. It thundered and lightning the other day quite a lot, but it wasn't pouring as you would expect with that...

Sorry you didn't get any of it either. If you have to have that thunder and lightning, you should at least get the rain to ease the drought!

The bad news is we had to change from the beautiful Wilderness Lodge to value. The good news (well sorta) is that we actually managed to get into Pop...when last week it was showing not available when I searched online. I figured as it got closer to the 45 day mark that we might be able to get in and I was right.

At least we are going to Disney...but will I EVER get to stay Deluxe?

You get to go to Disney! Good for you! I like Pop so you'll be happy there. I've never stayed Deluxe but I don't spend that much time in the room. I'd rather have the extra noney to spend in the parks and shops instead!

30th bday celebration sounds fun....and all my DIS friends should be there too!

There's a tiny chance I may be there for a few days in Sept but not sure yet due to Bryan's job and the moving around he's doing right now. I think the dates are the 21st to 24th if we do get to go. We'll be staying in a value room as well! But I'll just be happy to get to Disney and use my AP one more time before they expire.

OK everybody, been very busy around here....hope everyone is well.....We went to Cedar Point last weekend..big amusement park in Ohio....we had a lot of fun........its just not Disney.......No magic whatsoever......just a park with a lot of rides.......The boys love it......

This is Top Thrill Dragster, it goes 120mph, up 420', then back down 420', yes I rode it....it was cool!!! It was the first coaster to break the 400' foot barrier (japan now has one taller).

This was called Max Air...nope didnt ride it (are you nuts??) the giant wheel spins while swinging.

In Michigan the welfare program is called the Bridge card.......a debit card that the state puts money on every month.......they can buy whatever the H E double tooth picks they want.......I have a brother who dated a girl who had one, she went right in to a store and bought a case of bud light on it......nice huh?? Don't even get me started........ Whats even worse is thats the best this state could do for these kids......they look like a couple of Meth heads........
