Yep, Saturday. We will drive to Savannah and stop over for the night... that is about 1/2 way. Then we'll finish the drive on Sunday which I am dreading.... I-10 through FL is killer boring!

The kids seem to be fine. They are looking forward to the new house and the beach! I am still waiting for "it" to hit the fan with Abby. We'll see.

Alright... really must run! I'll keep in touch and see if I can at least sneak on here and there with Tomato's laptop!

Did ya'll get any of this rain last night and today? We had some wicked storms. But boy did we need it. The water just laid in our yard. Here's some pics I took to send to Bryan since he's in NH.

Took this out the back, if you look hard to the bottom left you'll see that the water was just running through the yard and you can see how hard the rain is by looking at the tree!

This is the front yard over to the one side, the gray is where water was just laying in the yard. We don't have much in the way of grass in the front as we had a lot of trees. Maybe next year now that we got rid of two trees.

This is the property right next to us. They tore down and burned the houses, cleared all the trees and now have an empty lot but right now it looks more like a pond!!!! This is hours after the rain stopped yet that much water is still there!!!

Hope ya'll got some much needed rain as well. Sorry for the quick drive by but I have got to go to bed, will try to catch up tomorrow!!!

actually we didn't get too much. Not even enough for the ground to get soppy. Most of the time that it has rained (3 times in the past week) it's been for about an hour or less. It thundered and lightning the other day quite a lot, but it wasn't pouring as you would expect with that...

The good news (well sorta) is that we actually managed to get into Pop...when last week it was showing not available when I searched online. I figured as it got closer to the 45 day mark that we might be able to get in and I was right.

At least we are going to Disney...but will I EVER get to stay Deluxe?

Love, we'll miss you. Be careful, keep in touch during the drive so we know you're okay. I feel for you, I've been on I-10 through FL and it's a pain, I hate that. You feel like you'll never get off that! When we did it we continued on I-10 thru Alabama, MIssissippi and part way into LA until we turned north, finally, thank God! Don't get mesmerized while driving like I do.

Good Luck with the move, it's going to turn out great for all of you. Abby will adjust too once she gets settled in and starts making friends and sees the whole new crop of boys there, lol. Tell Tomato we'd all appreciate it if he let you use his lap top until you get your computer set up so we don't have to do without Love all that time, No one should be without love, lol, tell him that one!
