You can buy small items in the shop in Ron Jons between the lobby and the pool area, opposite the kid's inground playground.
Grill's is maybe a 15 minute walk at most. It is shown on Dave's site map. NOT a scenic walk though
Suggestion if you're getting taken by a limo or whatever get a shopping stop and pick up some items. You have a fridge and can store everything in it. MUCH cheaper that way.
