Does anyone else who lives in Florida have little tiny ants in their house? I'm pretty sure that they are ants, just really small. We see them once in a while in our kitchen. They also show up on the living room coffee table if a soda or dishes get left out for more than an hour.

Is this just a seasonal thing that will eventually go away or do I have to get rid of them myself. I have ant baits out now but they don't seem to be working. I have noticed them in other places around here (like stores) so I'm hoping that it isn't too big of a deal. I'm going crazy staring at the cabinets or table all day long waiting for one to run by so I can kill it.

We moved here in October, so I'm not familiar yet with all of the bugs here.

While I live in an apartment, I don't think it would be too much different then ants ina house but I have never seen any ants or small insects in my house. So I don't think it is a seasonal thing.

Hope this helps!

We get those Tiny ants sometimes too. They found their way into the pantry so I took Everything out and disinfected it and they haven't come back Their yet. Yesterday I found a few in the the bathtub (??). I sprayed them down the drain and haven't seen any more. I don't know if it's seasonal or what, but I don't like them!

Actually, the little black ants do tend to start coming out more at this time of year.. Our office always go through this once a year...and you cant leave ANYTHING out!

You do need to find the source of them..just follow the trail :teeth:

But hey, I still prefer those pesky ants to our lovely palmetto bug flying disgusting roaches!
