For anyone who bought SSR in March, when do you close?

<font face="times" size="+0">Just wondering if anyone here happened to buy SSR a few months ago in March, and do you know when you're supposed to officially close?
DBF's coworker was casually asking him if he knew, and he had no clue, so asked me. I don't know either, but maybe some of you do.
I'm assuming sales from March wouldn't be the first building which is now open, so owners who bought in March aren't closed yet even though the resort is open?

Your paperwork should have an Estimated Occupancy Date for the unit you own. Closing should be anywhere from 2-4 weeks before that occupancy date.

I'm pretty sure we close in July. Our papers say we own part of building 8-A , but that may be the building we were assinged to because we asked for an Oct. use year.

I bought in February and they still tell me that I will close sometime after June 1st. When I asked when I would know an exact date they said I won't, that I'll just get the paperwork in the mail then I'll know we closed

We bought in February and haven't settled either.

I recently (early May) called to make ressies and they said we should be settled by mid June but they did anticipate delays.

I purchased in late Jan and just received the paperwork showing my monthly payments which start in June. It also told me my deed was recorded on May 24. I know I can start to use my points June 6 or 7, 2004 and I am in building 2. They are numbering the buildings different then what they first did when they started selling them. But anyway I'm part of the second building to open no matter what the number is on the outside...lol

So anyone who looks at the paperwork you got in the beginning and see an expected date of June 6/7 then you should know by now or soon when your payments will start.
Yippee.....I'm a DVC member with payments to prove it...
