Do you tend to bring a larger bag with you to the parks (for extra layers of clothes), b/c of the crazy weather during this time?

I'm used to going in the summer months where the less you had to carry the better - you never have to worry about the weather changes. It's hot or hot.

any advice is greatly appreciated!

Yep, you have to pack for any eventuality during this time in FL.
I've been when its high 80's and upper 60's and I've been when its lower 40's and upper 20's. You never know. And it changes alot during 1 week. Sorry to say it, especially if you fly, but you will need to pack for any type of weather.

Yeah, that's definitely one annoying part of going in December. It's usually cold enough for a coat/jacket in the mornings and evenings, but then during the day it warms up enough for tee shirts (or a long-sleeved shirt). I hate having to take time out to rent a locker so I usually carry a backpack so that I can stow away coat, hat, scarf, etc during the day.

I always tie a jacket or sweatshirt around my waist and use it as I need it. That way, I don't have to pack anything extra for the parks.

I am with you and it looks like we are going at the same time and staying at the same place. It just looks like that we may have to bring an extra suitcase.

For us I can wear a long sleeve tshirt under my hockey jerseys, which to save on space, I can wear the hockey jersey 2 or even 3 days if I had to. But the hockey jersey is Disney as it is the Donald's Destroyers hockey jersey.

it depends on where you are from as well. Those of us from say Michigan or NY don't need as many clothes as those from Fl or Texas. We have been 3 or 4 times in December and most of the time we get by with shorts and a t shirt with a sweatshirt in the morning or late evening. The first year I packed way to much, like we were going to the U.P. in summer. Never made that mistake again. A couple of sweatshirts and a couple of pair of jeans was plenty. I would say about half of our days it was in the 70's and sunny. This is in t he first 2 weeks of December. One year the weeks before and after we went were cold. Our week we never even touched our sweatshirts or jeans.
