Footballgame viewing choices

Newbie here,
Arriving at the Grand Floridian on Sat. 9th. around 2:00. The big Tennessee v. Miami game begins at 3:30. Suggtions on the best place to watch where hubby can smoke. Is ESPN's on the boardwalk our only option? Is there another choice on the property.

You may want to try the All Star Cafe its located at the Wide World of Sports.

I think your hubby will be able to smoke in the bar area of the ESPN club. The food is blech, but the beer is cold and there are TVs everywhere including the bathrooms .

Yes your hubby can smoke in the bar at ESPN. He can smoke in some resort bars too but most don't open until 4:30 or 5:00. There used to be a smoking section at The Wide World of Sports but I'm not sure about that now. (I quit smoking 7 months ago!)
The bar at Wilderness Lodge is fun and he can smoke there.
We always end up at ESPN for a game because we are unsure of the situation (crowds, which game is on ...) at different bars.
The food isn't THAT bad at ESPN. We don't eat there often but the occasional hot dog or chicken wings can hit the spot sometimes.
No doubt, you'd be better off waiting until after the game and having dinner at Spoodles or Flying Fish, just a few steps down on the Boardwalk.
Florida passed the new No Smoking amendment yesterday. I guess it will take effect in January.
We'll be in DW this weekend too!
