Emeril's Kitchen Table/Tchoup Tchoup - haven't been to either, but have been to his three New Orleans restaurants plenty of times (we're right up the road!) ... if he pulls off in Orlando what he does in N.O., you'll have a special treat on your hands.
Artist Point - had the trifecta of mushroom soup, salmon, and the berry cobbler. It's seared in my mind as one of my all-time best Disney dining experiences.
V&A - haven't been, dang it ... I love my DW, but she's way too picky, or at least thinks she is.
Flying Fish - ate here while in town on business once. Heck, yeah ... potato wrapped snapper, sitting at the food bar watching the magic in the kitchen. Loved it.
Brown Derby - whole family liked it. Try the grouper if you're a fish person. My vote for one of the three best in-park restaurants, certainly the best in the studios.
Jiko - haven't been (see DW comments, above), but have just about paid for Boma by now.
Chefs de France - Pretty good. Surprised by the quality of a steak on the most recent visit... it was tender, flavorful, the proper temp. But nothing close to outstanding.
Bistro de Paris - much more sedate and elegant than its downstairs neighbor. I sure felt underdressed, even though everyone was in theme park attire. Food was a notch above Chefs, too.
Bluezoo - *sigh* haven't been. It'll probably be just me and DD when I go.
Yachtman's Steakhouse - Better than OK, but doesn't quite stack against a Ruth's Chris or a Mortons. I haven't eaten at the local Shula's, but the one in Indianapolis was ... I think ... the best steak I've ever had. Oooh, hyperbole!
Hoop-de-Doo - for bulk loading food purposes, and including ribs and fried chicken, it's about what you'd expect. No real complaints. Not all that good, but you can have as much as you want! And, frankly, my jaws ached from laughing the last time we were there. Callous sophisticates, steer clear!
