Please any info would be great on how the food & wine festival works. Do you have to pay extra, etc. I just booked my Grandparents for Oct 18-25th and I would like to fill them in on the details. Thanks!

There are many activities that you can pay extra to attend, but you don't have to. During the Festival, there are many booths set up around World Showcase. Each booth features a different type of food. You can buy the various foods for $2 to $3 a piece. The are not large servings, but a good sample. DD and I like to go over there for a dinner of several samples.

I went last year and I think I saw a copy of the festival agenda on a post a week or so before the start of the festival. I remember we downloaded it and printed a copy. Your grandparents will find alot to see and do that they don't have to pay for. Tell them not to miss the food demonstrations in the Oddessy building (all free, and in air conditioning), and the History of Tea at the England pavillion (we were there the first day at the first demonstration and got a free gift).
