Food to Resort?

This May we're staying at BWV and we wanted to order food and I don't know where to do this and the easiest way to. Just simple things, like breakfast stuff.

Have never used these services, but they seem to be pretty popular with fellow DISers: GardenGrocer.com or Wegoshop.com

If you're just going to be getting a few breakfast things, you might want to consider just getting them from Disney. There's an order form on the member web site to have them delivered into your villa.

When just two of us travel, we do not even order from the resort. We just go down to the Screen Door and pick up the minimums. Even with exorbitant resort prices, I think it's still the easiest, quickest way to get those few breakfast and snack items you need. The prices are the same as the DVC groceries list, but no need to pay the delivery charge and gratuity.

We have used wegoshop.com several times and have been very happy with Marge the contact person.

We have used Wegoshop.com 4 times, the most recently 2 weeks ago. We have always been very pleased with their service. We order breakfast things, coffee, Juice, soda, water, beer, wine, cheese, crackers and snacks. You schedule your date and time of delivery for your convenience. Marge has always been great. This trip she was running early and called my cell phone to see if that was okay for us. The delivery charge was $17 and I think we defiinitely saved that much over the Screen Door prices.

We have had good luck with Garden Grocer. But be aware that they do have a minimum order amount. I believe it is $40, and you have to add the delivery charge and tip on top of that. If you need just a few things you would be better off to just pick them up yourself.

It depends how much food you want. Also, if you have a car consider hitting the Publix.
