Spoodles Dinner - we enjoyed everything

Focaccia bread with herbs and oil for dipping. I could have just eaten this for dinner and been happy!

Hummus with pita (appetizer) - this was very fresh and good. I'm a bit picky with hummus and I devoured this.

Oak-fired Steak Kabobs - with Multigrain Pilaf, Balsamic Red Onions and Harissa. The steak was tasty enough that it wasn't necessary to have any sauce even.

Child's Chicken Noodle Soup - our 1 year old enjoyed it!

Chocolate Espresso Cake - DELISH! The whipped topping and raspberry sauce on the side complimented the cake so nicely!

My Stepmom, SIL, niece and I enjoyed this very much on our July 2008 trip - so much so that I have it booked for the upcoming trip in May with my DH and DS. I'm looking forward to it enough for the three of us

My DSM ordered the Grand Tea, which comes with champagne
(Allears: The Grand Tea - The classic English tradition of Afternoon Tea, Grand Floridian style. We offer you a variety of tea sandwiches, scones and jam tarts, followed by your choice of our freshly baked tea pastries or English trifle, accompanied by a glass of Domaine Ste.-Michelle sparkling wine and your choice of tea. $25.50 per guest (Example of tea sandwiches may include: cucumber with watercress, shrimp salad with dill, chicken salad with almonds, grilled pear with gorgonzola, and egg salad, each on a different bread.)...)

DSM's tea:

My tea - Lemon Verbena - Naturally caffeine-free, a refreshing infusion of lemon verbena, lemongrass, lemon balm, and lemon peel; a favorite during the summertime.

DSM's tea sandwiches:

DSIL and I both got the Buckingham Palace Tea - Buckingham Palace - Our traditional tea sandwiches, scones and jam tarts complemented by fresh strawberries and cream, or a selection of freshly baked pastries, along with your choice of tea. $19.50 per guest

DSIL's sandwiches - an onion tart, chicken and almond, egg salad, watercress and cucumber, pear and gorgonzola and shrimp salad:

My sandwiches (I am picky, so only the watercress/cucumber and chicken salad with the onion tart) I really liked all of these.

DNiece had the Mrs Potts tea, and instead of getting PB&J, ham and cheese and tuna salad, she opted for all ham and cheese:

Chinois (Shin-wah) Chicken - roasted all natural chicken breast, fresh Asian vegetables and cripsy wontons, dressed with Honey Mustard $10.95

Breakfast spread:

Chocolate frosted, glazed, and jelly-filled donuts. Cinnamon rolls. Watermelon, pineapple, and honeydew.

Apples, bananas, bagels, croissants.

Breakfast juices:

Cranberry juice, milk, orange juice, milk, apple juice.

Assorted desserts after dinner (they go fast!)

What is this dish from Teppan Edo? Is it a kids meal? Do they all look like this? Can you bring that cute dish home or purchase it? My DD would love it!

From the looks of the "dish," I would say they use them over and over so you don't keep it. See how scratched it is?

Concierge's yummy cookies. I think that pretty much all the deluxe resorts have cookies in their concierge like these...not positive though. They're REALLY good. Soft and chewy.

From top to bottom: oatmeal raisin, sugar cookie (the BEST!! I went through so many during the trip ), and chocolate chip.
