Food Options at HHN

Are any of the regular USF restaurants open during Halloween Horror Nights or are the only food options to buy from the food stands that are set up? My son will be attending HHN later in October on one of the nights when it's open until 2:00 a.m. and I'm sure he and his friends will get hungry!

If some standard USF restaurants are open, are they honoring AP discounts?
