The last time we were at CC there was a CM walking around the picnic area while everyone was eating lunch. He was pushing around a cart with a cooler full of punch and trays of cookies. It was nice not having to get back up after we ate to have a little treat.

although there is iced tea and punch available at lunch, you would have to buy water or anything else to drink before then, so if you are on a budget, I would suggest taking some bottled water/softdrinks with you to CC
