Food Money

I would appreciate some advise on how much to use for food money.

We are going on 3 character meals and probably buffet breakfasts every day Golden Coral or Sizzler (not character, and not disney)

Two adults, 1 child (age 10) are going.

How much money should I allocate for food on a 7 day trip. I have been before but can not remember how much we spent!!!

Breakfast is going to be $15-20 range
Lunch and Dinner for fast food again $15-20 , for table service $30 and up

Obviously you can spend more than this quite easily, dinner buffets on Disney are in the range of $20-25 PP and if you like a bottle of wine with a meal you can add another $15-20 for that. For a decent restaurant outside of Disney I'd allow at least $60-70 for your group.

When we went in September last year the breakfast buffet at Golden Corral was $6.99 inc drinks, but we normally found a coupon somewhere with a discount. We didn't have Sizzler breakfasts but I noticed signs saying they were $3.99 plus drinks.

We went for lunch at H&V and this was $16.99, I think the dinners are a few dollars more.
