Food Industry Manager I can Interview?

For my introduction to hospitality class one of our assignments is to interview someone who is a food service manager.

It can be any type of food service: sit down, quick-service, etc.

It is due on Monday. If there is anyone that has a few minutes time that I could ask a few questions with through a message?

The professor said it can be online or face-to-face so this is perfectly fine for the assignment. .

I would suggest going to a restaurant where you (and your family) often eat and are known. Talk to the manager there.
