Food at 'Ohana

I understand that the server brings out the appetizers first ... the wings, salad, wonton chips, etc. When it's time for the meat, do they bring out one kind of meat at a time, or are all the four meats brought out together? Also, if we need, say, more steak, can we ask for more steak to be brought out?

The meats are brought out on skewers and it seems like they brought all 4 skewers at once--or one right after the other. You can have more of whatever you like -- they bring skewers around several times during your meal for refills

They brought two skewers at a time, and were separated by 15 minutes. 15 min doesn't seem that long, but when the server only puts 1 piece of each meat type on your plate and you're waiting for more, 15 min is a *very* long time.

We had a different experience. They brought out steak and sausage together, and gave everyone 2 pieces; about 2 minutes later, they came with turkey and pork, and gave us 2 pieces each of that. Doesn't sound like much -- but we were stuffed! They brough more sausage over, which a could of people took; and we asked for more steak -- maybe a 5 minutes wait, tops. We thought the food and service was wonderful!

This is similar to our experience. They brought out two skewers first, one with beef and one with pork. Then less then 5 minutes later they brought out sausage and turkey. Every 10 mins or so they came back asking if we wanted more.....we were stuffed and never had seconds on anything. It was all yummy.

Generally they will bring out only 2 at a time. The last visit, they brought us steak and pork and then later was the turkey and sausage. They never seem to be consistant with us on the order they bring things out. It may depend on what is available at the time.

We also had the same experience. I can't imagine how anyone could be starving by the time the meat comes as the salad, wontons, shrimp and wings are all brought out before the meat even comes to your table.
