The fee of $19.95 is only for one of the restaurants. A buffet. (all you can eat.) They also have a healthy spot (wraps, salads, etc) and theres a gourmet pizza place. (the food is supposed to be better than average theme park food...so they said, but we will see....
Went yesterday for employee preview day...
LOL, the "healthy" place also offers cheesesteaks, chicken strips and cuban sandwiches, so it evens out.

The food there is the standard cafeteria-style that you can find in the main park--think Seafire Grill or the Spice Mill. Honestly, I've never been a fan. Prices were right in line with the main park, as well.
Didn't go into the buffet restaurant, but was told they at least cook the burgers and such fresh on the grill there, which would be an improvement over most theme park food. As I recall, it offered burgers, "veggie burgers", bar-b-que chicken, potato salad, cole slaw, corn on the cob...and perhaps most importantly, includes soft drinks, which might make $20 a good deal after all. For $13, you can make a single visit, $20 you get a wristband that let's you come back all day.
Didn't see the picnic place (not everything was open), but sounds promising.
