Food and Wine ??????

I will be going to WDW for 4 days during F&W. I am wondering when do they start taking reservations for the different dining experiences. We are interested in the one where they show you how to pair beer with food for $55.00. If anyone can help me or point me to a good site about the festival I would greatly apprieciate it.

Also what are some not to miss things during the Festival?

One more question, from what I understand most people normally don't venture out to other parks, during the festival because there is so much to do. Does this really happen>

Don't know where you heard about people not going to other parks....I can say that's not true based on first hand experience! World Showcase is a little busier than normal during F&W but the other parks are normal. And that time of year is usually very manageable, with a few exceptions here and there.

That is exactly right. It may seem like people aren;t at the other parks because this is a slower time of year. However, Epcot gets to be a really fun experience with TONS of energy. It really is an exciting time.
