hey everyone i need some help i am thinking of coming down for the food and wine festival this year.But here is the problem i am waiting for the eat the beat concerts to be announced because i am coming to see a certain act what are that Chance's of getting a studio at boardwalk or beach club.

Good luck with that plan. I don't mean to sound rude but Nov is already at a waitlist And I went last year in OCT booked then too. The full schedule didn't come out until almost Aug for the concerts.

As soon as you get inside 7 months for your date, it gets very hard. If you could be flexible, it is easier to get a room at the BW or BCV but with you needing a specific set of dates, you will also need to be lucky.

Also consider that studios are the first too book and BCV is about half the size of BWV while being physically closer to EPCOT.

I frankly do not expect much of any availability at either resorts come 7 mos. That said, I was able to book a Boardwalk view villa for the opening of F&W today (Sep 28-Oct 1). Prior to booking, I was told there was plenty of availability at BWV. What it is right now, I have no idea. The 7 mos window just opened today and I was on the phone by 9am.

You're probably better off booking dates now (or over this month) and plan the details of your F&W visit later. You can always look to last year's schedule as a partial guide. I don't think Disney makes radical changes every year.

what I do is look at the last year list and dates and try to pick somthing near the group you want to see. Sometimes they do the same week or close to it .
