The menus were similar but different between the two years, so I would expect some changes again for 2006. They had the freshly grated wasabi both years, and I hope they'll do that again this year.

Someone usually posts the list on wdwig.com or the DIS a day or two after the festival starts.

I wonder how the lunch version of the buffet will be. The Sun. Oct. 8th date when I plan to go is also still showing TBA for the guest chef. If anyone hears who this is, or the menu for the 12 PM lunch buffet, let me know. Thanks!

Any one have any comments about the restaurants being too noisy to hear due to other guests having regular meals at the same time? I know this was a big problem 2 years ago for us at Le Cellier.

The only problem I had was that I didn't get to sit down and eat since there are fewer "sitting" spots then people and most people get there and "hold" their table so I didn't have anyone to "hold" my table. I just perched at the standing tables.
That's why if I go this year I am going to look for some other solos going my night! We can take turns holding the spaces.
