Hi guys! DH and I went to the soft opening of the FWF tonight and two extremely nice CMs gave us their booklet. Here are the scans I made of the booths. Also posted in the FWF thread, but for general viewing:

That's great - I can't wait to see the full book! Can you tell if they cut back on the free seminars?

To be honest I haven't COMPLETELY poured over the booklet yet - DH insisted I not ignore him while we finished walking around Epcot  I'm going to read over it more tonight and tomorrow and I'll post what I think.

Awesome can't wait!!!! Thank you for posting that!

Ok, quickly before I collapse in bed - yes, there are definitely much fewer free seminars on Mondays and Tuesdays. It looks to be roughly the same for the rest of the week, with the majority Fri-Sunday, which works ok for me, since we're not there during the day Mon-Fri. :)

Hi Forever42! Could you be a pal and post for us the entire F/W Festival Guide Booklet to this website or at least the calendar pages of the book that list each day of the festival and which winemakers, cooks, etc are going to be there?

Let's stick this one at the top :)

Heading over to the world now and can't wait for the booths to open! Thanks for scanning these in, Can't wait to try so many things!

And please don't feel you need to scan the entire booklet, we appreciate just getting the booth offerings

Hey :) I replied to your private message, but just figured I'd say the same here - I'm at work now and will be heading right over to Epcot after work, so I won't have time and don't have access to a scanner now. The earliest I might be able to is tomorrow morning, but I can't make any promises. Sorry! Hopefully someone else will be able to :)

I know someone last year very generously scanned the whole booklet and emailed it to people, which was very nice of them since so many people requested it from them!

Say, I have a question... I see the little blurb at the end abotu the Disney Gift Card... do you think I can use gift cards I already have, or do they have to be the card bought AT the F&W?

Thank you to anyone out there that can help us future guests going to the F/W Festival this year.

I know it is alot to request but I have to agree with the previous poster that in several past years we have had some very generous and nice folks out there that posted for us all an entire copy of the Guide. If that is too much then perhaps someone can just post the calendar pages in the book from 9/26-11/9 that tells us for each day which winemakers, chefs, etc are there for each day.

I certainly am not demanding this help from anyone by any means but for those that can help us with this request.........you are an angel!!!!!!!!!!!!

No no, you can use your regular cards. The FWF cards are just FWF-themed, and have no FWF restrictions, that's all.

They have other new gift cards - we got some of the Tinkerbell fairies last night, there's a birthday one, and a 2008 one as well.

You know the information you are requesting is available on the WDWInfo page and on the official Disney website. The OP posted that she did not have the time to scan the entire guidebook. I think a little patience is in order here.

That information is available? Where? I believe CDizney is talking about the free seminars that are hosted by different wineries/chefs during the festival, and I know I've been waiting for that information to come available to plan what I'm doing during my EPCOT days of my trip...I haven't been able to find it anywhere yet.

Forever42 is awesome for posting what they have!! and no one is asking them to drop everything and scan the rest of the brochure...but I think Cdizney was just (very nicely, imo) asking if anyone who had the brochure AND had time could scan it in, as there is definitely still "missing" information.:confused3

Hello Lintasare,
The information that is posted so far on chat sites and on the official Disneyworld website is not the information we are looking for specifically. By now, we all have read about for months the special food events going on, the concerts, and the various food opportunities from each country's booth around the lake. What some of us are hoping to see posted soon is the actual calendar from the booklet.

In prior years, eventually some one does post the entire booklet so I was just posting a message here to ask someone to post it if they could and how grateful I and many others would be. This is why we come to this website because I at least feel that Disney fans are very generous in nature and kind to their fellow Disney friends.

If you have ever been to the F/W Festival, there is a 20 or so page guidebook that anyone can pickup for free. This guide book contains the above information PLUS dedicated pages in the book containing an actual calendar of events by each day from 9/26 all the way through 11/9. They break each day down and tell you in the book exactly the times and places of all the wine tastings and food presentations for each and every day.

This helps those of us going to the F/W Festival in the near future exactly what is happening during the days of our vacation. We can look at the calendar of events that pertain to our vacation dates and can plan our "game plan" of which wineries and chefs we want to see during the Festival.

I see your suggestion of patience and I agree that we will need to wait for that lucky moment when someone posts either the whole booklet or at least the calendar pages from the booklet. For those that are die hard fans of the Festival, they will be able to understand our enthusiasm!

Does anyone have a scan for booths 10-18, please? This one is only booths 1-9 and I found one on another thread for booths 19-27.
