Well I would say it depends on what you want to do with regards to food and dining that day.
As I love the food stands but depending on the day sometimes they're very busy, like the last time I went and mutter something I never thought would pass my lips "Wow Belgium is Popular" lol and kidding to any Belgium peeps.
Also there are little table for you to stand and eat but if they are busy it can sometime just be copping a squat on the floor.
So if you are okay with these things, I would say hit the food stalls for all your eats (as you might have to go to a couple until you're full depending on what and how much you want to eat).
But if you want something a bit more relaxed and guarantee seating, you can always book a restaurant have a main there then use the stalls for your starter and dessert and of course a post dinner drinky
