Hi Everyone, I just found out that Iam highly allergic to artificial sweetners, I can't have them in my diet at all, I was wondering if anyone had an address that I can wright to disney and ask them about some of there foods and there ingrediants . Is there a mailing address that anyone knows of. Thanks for you help

I will dig up the number tonight for you. I know I have it in my notebook from my lasttrip. The womans name is Brenda Bennette. But to be honest I didnt find what she offered to be as helpful as just arranging ahead of time to met with the manager / cook. Brenda can help you set that up but that means you have to have where you will eat planned out ahead of time. And that can be tricky unless you are doing all table service resturants.

If you are doing any table service resturants make sure to tell them and they will make a note of it in your reservations. But always remind them again when arriving if they dont bring it up.

If you are doing any counter service go straight to the front and ask for a manager and ask to see the ingredient book. They have a huge notebook they will help you go through that lists off all ingredients and are very good at finding things for you that are safe for you to eat.

It is time consuming and people do get grouchy , but its your life and health so dont let people's comments bother you. Its not like you want to be standing there either! lol The managers and cooks have all been very very helpful and sweet. One in particular at the Plaza in the MK really went out of his way to help my son.

Important advice though. Make sure you get there right before or after target mealtimes. You will save yourself the grief of dealing with frustrated cooks and guests and can be even more certain of no screw ups due to the rush .

Oh and you are allowed to bring in certain special snacks because you have a food allergy. You will not be given a hard time. The cannot heat your food for you in the kitchen though do to health code reasons .And it really does help to have a small something that safe and quick at hand.
