Food Allergy Request Form

Hi! Has anybody else received the email attachments from Special Diets and can't open the Special Request form for editing. They want me to fill in my reservation and rest. choices, but I can't open it for editing to sent it back to them. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a phone number to call?

Does it just not open? or when you open it, it's all gibberish?

If it's all gibberish, then you have to download something to read it (sorry I forgot what it was called, but wdwmaw helped me and I'm sure if you PM her she will help you).

Update - Brenda emailed me the form to fill out in the body of the email, not as an attachment. So, if anyone else has the same problem, just email Special Diets and they will do the same for you!
