Food Allergies? Chef TJ Update

For those of us with food allergies -
Does anyone have a Chef TJ update? I'm working on our ADR's for our upcoming trips (one end of Nov/beginning of Dec & one over New Years) and would love to schedule a meal or two with Chef TJ. Last I heard he was at Trail's End at FW, but I cannot get confirmation. Has anyone had a recent meal with our fave special needs chef?

I know you posted this last month, and perhaps you have already made your ADRs, but I wanted to chime in. I can definitely confirm that Chef TJ is at Trail's End! I had a fantastic meal by him this past Sunday. From what I have heard, he has Fridays and Saturdays off. I do hope you are able to get an ADR at Trail's End!
