Fonts?

Ok......I admit it.......I'm hooked! I've been doing some of the names on my computer. I don't have Photoshop, so I've been doing them in Word. I've looked on some of the free font sites and downloaded some of them, but there's SOOOOO many different fonts. Can some of you talented DISigners share with me what fonts you use please? TIA!!!!

I have downloaded some fonts from www.mickeyavenue.com, but I mostly use what I have in the computer, like Ariel and Rockwell. As you said, it is volumnous the number of fonts out there. Sometimes when I have a few minutes, I will browse websites like www.dafont.com to look for new and interesting fonts.

i love the fonts for free that are on http://www.dafont.com and http://www.urbanfonts.com

most of the ones on these sites are the same, but I just love the randomness of all the fonts. I download new fonts depending no my mood or the theme of whatever i'm designing.

If you're talking about character names, I like the A&S fonts. There's a whole family of them.

Did they come with a program or a computer that you bought? I looked for them and they were kind of expensive, considering the number of free fonts available. Just wondered if you paid for them because you liked them so much or found them some other way.

I didn't pay for them. I'm not sure where I got them from, but they came in a whole group of fonts.
