FOLP for Universal in June??

We are going 22nd June to 6th July.

Is it worth booking one night in a Universal Hotel for FOLP or are the crowds likely to be ok?

Will be avoiding the 4th July but doing Universal several days.

We are normally at USF around your dates and have always added a stay at a Loews Hotel. Despicable Me had lines of 45mins at opening, the Simpsons were regularly 60min waits.
If you are happy to quèue then forego the stay. However we have not enjoyed USF/IOA visits in June/July without the pleasure of FOTL

Thank you. We haven't been in June since our first trip in 1990 on our honeymoon when we said never again because of the heat and humidity

Think the boys will be in for a shock after our usual Feb visits but I have warned them

Def get FOLP if u can we went June/July 2010 and it was very busy - stayed at HRH and it was a blessing!!

What sort of price can we expect to pay?

We would want one night for me, DH, DS20 and DS17 around the week of 24th June.

Will keep my eye out for any sales on cashback sites or is it generally cheaper to book direct with the hotel?

Def book the room, makes the parks so much more enjoyable, and you will pay $25 extra for the 3rd adult DS who is 20, once they are 18 and over they are classed adults
