Followup housekeeping poll #5 Please participate!

Is it ine company/one contract or do they employ multi companies to provide the housekeeping?

I've always found SSR & BWV to be much cleaner, fresher and well stocked than OKW & AKV and not oo mention the housekeepers themselves seem more pleasant. I've always wondered why!

I could easily go without T & T as well!

For the most part, each property has their own. The exception is OKW and SSR are shared by one staff. I've always thought that was crazy, because they are two HUGE resorts. We used to have much better service at OKW until they built SSR and moved our staff over there. Now OKW is like the forgotten step sister.

I've always had the worst housekeeping at AKV.

I'm really bothered that only 63% of the respondants cleaned up spots and stains they caused!!! Why would you NOT do that???? If you left a spot and stain and home, it would turn nasty, and I'm sure you would clean it up to avoid that. Why would you not also do it at your "other" home?

I would clean them when they occur, not on checkout day like it says in the poll question. I would have answered several differently if it didn't specifically say on "checkout day"

LOL, well I assumed most of us could "think outside the box". Perhaps it was an unrealistic assumption.

I've always had the worst housekeeping at AKV.

We stayed at AKV-J in May and housekeeping was great. And friendly too.
