Foie gras?

Oh, webray, I will be doing an almost side by side comparison this October!!! I have had the V&A foie gras, but have never been to CG. This October, back to back nights of V&A and CG....I will be getting the foie gras at both!!! I will report back!!!

The fois gras at CG is nothing compared to the fois gras at V&A. I love fois gras and eat it at any chance I get and I was not overly impressed with CG's dish. It's still good but not great. V&A's is out of this world.

Thanks for the tip....ooooo, I dunno, maybe I'll skip the CG foie gras....2 nites in a row might be overkill and the V&A one is SOOOOO GOOOD!

I wouldn't skip any chance to have some foie gras. I'll be having it at V&A in October, too. If I do go to California Grill the following day, I wouldn't pass up the chance to have it.
