Flying Fish question!

This may seem odd but I read that they have a scallop entree. Anyone know how many scallops you get? I don't think I want to spend 30something dollars for like 3 scallops. Just hoping someone on here has had them!

Yes they are. They are jumbos (10-20s in the seafood trade). They're served on a bed of Basil Risotto with a Cofit of Tomatoes and a Piquillio Pepper stuffed with Sweet Onions. The price is $33.00.

There are plenty of scallops..believe me..I order it every time..it is delicious and well worth the price.

Big, yes. But not big enough to justify a $33.00 price tag, in my opinion.
Portion-wise, they were enough for Mrs. U. I really wanted to try one--but if I had done so, I'd have taken 25% of her meal from her!!

They were delicious but only 4. Since I buy them for $7.50/lb locally, I gave up that particular dish at FF! BTW, if you ever cook scallops yourself, cook them fast and hot or they turn into little pencil erasers of chewibility, LOL!
