Flying Fish Menu and Recent Reviews Please!!

Does anyone have a recent Flying Fish menu? It seems like most of the ones posted on line are quite a few months old. Never eaten there and it is our ADR choice on 4th of July so if we are going to change it, we had better figure that out before we get there!!! I'd also love to hear about recent experiences here!

Do not have menu but DH and I ate there 3 weeks ago and enjoyed it as always (it is on of our fav signatures).

For appetizers, DH had tuna tartare and I had cheese plate. Entres: DH had potato encrusted snapper and I had scallops. We do not eat dessert.

The place was packed and noisy, service was good, we were seated on time.
