Flying down for an epcot day? (and budgeting)

I want to sneak down on a "Work Weekend" (Wed/Thurs/Fri in my case) and spend a day at Epcot shopping around the world, I'm saving vacation days for the C-mas holiday, so staying beyond those 3 days doesn't really work out.

-Fly down Wednesday, hit the park thursday, fly home Friday.
-I want to buy a blanket from Mexico, which IIRC are $25-$50 USD for a queen size?
-Want to do Desserts around the world (the dreaded PG-13 cousin of Drink Around The World)
-do some Clothing shopping in Japan & China.

I'm thinking ~$300 in spending money? $500 at the absolute max.

I'm thinking that's a pretty expensive weekend once you pay for airfare to get there and a one day ticket (unless you have an annual pass??). But if you've got the cash, sounds like a lot of fun!

@ToliBera I think your spending money budget is good, if you are impulsive you may need to go beyond $500 but probably not by much.

Life is too short to not do stuff like this, have a blast!
