I"m going to post this on Transportation as well, but thought you guys might have some insights.
My dad, 83, is going to need to fly home from Ft. Lauderdale to Boston. We want to fly asap, but if he can't get out until May, so be it. The issue is that he is on oxygen 100% of the time. He uses oxygen tanks when out of the house but uses an oxygen converter (or some such thing) while at home. He won't be allowed to take his portable oxygen tank on the plane, and I don't think his tubing from the converter is going to reach Boston, in the air!!!!
Any thoughts as to how to handle this???
