FLTours gratuities?

I have read a post about FLTours including a gratuities charge. I cannot find any notice on FLTours web site stating this. This information would be nice to know since I will need to have cash to pay the driver since FLTours does not take credit cards. Does anyone have knowledge of this included gratuity charge?

no tip was included on Oct.. and we have rebooked them for Jan.. and I don't see anything about tip included... ( We were very pleased with their service)

I believe a tip is added only to certain vehicles like the Limos. Not I'm not definately sure about this so don't take my word as gospel. I do know it's not added to a Towncar reservation because that's that we use.

But we've used their services many times and have found this company to really go out of their way to accomodate people. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.
